I offer a free initial consultation meeting to all prospective clients either in person or alternatively via Zoom/Skype.
I require a retaining fee in the first instance of £1000 which is non- refundable in the event of a property not being found. This provides you with cover for a period of 12 months.
On purchase of a property , the success fee will be 1% of the purchase price or a pre negotiated set fee subject to the purchase price.
If you are searching for a rental property then the retaining fee is £500 (non-refundable) with the success fee being the equivalent of the properties first month’s rent or alternatively a pre agreed set fee subject to the annual rental income.
