We present you with a shortlist of properties for initial approval. Every house is previewed to ensure that time is not wasted. Together with the shortlist will be a forensic report on the pros and cons of each proposed property which involves a full due diligence report.

Within all reports will be a full brief of all educational establishments ranging from Nursery schools to 6^th Form colleges providing buyers with essential local knowledge regarding the best options available to them.

This approach and guidance provides peace of mind and significantly enhances the future enjoyment of the property.

NEGOTIATION

The crux of all transactions. Once an ideal property has been identified I will negotiate the best possible purchase price on your behalf. Allowing me to act on your behalf enhances your credibility, suitability and demonstrates a commitment to purchase. Once a sale is agreed we remain the fulcrum and main point of liaison between all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
